Goddess Rewards is a rewards program offered by Toya Rey Enterprises dba Toya Rey for Toya Rey Customers. For purposes of these rules and regulations (hereinafter "program rules" or "rules") of Membership, the terms “Toya Rey,” "we," "us," and "our" refer to Toya Rey Enterprises., and the term "the program" refers to the Goddess Rewards program. The terms "Member," "Members," "you," and "your" apply to you as a Member of Goddess Rewards; the term "account" refers to your Goddess Rewards Membership account; and the term "points" refers to your Goddess Rewards Points. The term “rolling calendar year” means from the date of last activity.

Toya Rey reserves the right to amend, suspend, or change the program and/or program rules at any time without notice. Toya Rey reserves the right to end the program with six months' notice.  Members do not acquire property rights in accrued points and awards. By enrolling and/or participating in Goddess Rewards, you agree to abide by these rules and regulations.

Toya Rey is not responsible for unauthorized access to a Member’s account and will not replace stolen points or awards.

Toya Rey does not collect, use, or  share the information you provide when you become a Member, update your profile or preferences, or earn or redeem points, please review our privacy policy.

By enrolling in Goddess Rewards, you confirm and represent that you are the Member and are at least 18 years of age at the time of joining.

Membership

Membership in the Goddess Rewards program will be granted by Toya Rey and is for individual customers only. Individuals must enroll separately and may not pool or combine points with other Members. Except as specifically approved by Toya Rey, corporations and other entities may not be enrolled as Members.

Member is limited to one account. A Member must provide his or her legal name matching his or her government issued photo identification and valid email address. Account specific information will be sent via email to the primary email address in the Member's Goddess Rewards account.

Member is responsible for notifying Toya Rey immediately of any change of name or email address. Name change requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@shoptrhc.com with appropriate documentation to support legal name change. The written request must contain the Member's current contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address if available), Goddess Rewards account number, along with photocopies of legal documentation (ex. old government issued photo ID and new government issued photo ID, marriage license, divorce decree, etc.) and an informal letter indicating legal name.  Email address and physical address changes may be made on shoptrhc.com® after logging into in your account.

Points expire one year from last date of activity. Should a Member close its account, the points in the account will be terminated. 

All transactions and accounts in the Goddess Rewards program are subject to review and adjustment by Toya Rey at any time and without notice to the Member to ensure compliance with applicable rules. Any suspected fraud, misrepresentation, misuse, abuse or violation of applicable rules, including the program rules may result in (a) cancellation of the Member's account, (b) forfeiture of (1) accrued points in the Member’s account, (2) awards, and (3) rewards or promotional incentives, and/or (c) a delay or suspension of the processing of points and reporting and the redemption of points, rewards and promotional incentives.

Earning Goddess Rewards Points

1. Earn 200 points for initial sign up 
2. Earn 1 point for every $2 spent
3. Earn 150 points when you subscribe to our email newsletter
4. Earn 100 points when you leave a review (Limited to 4 reviews within a calendar year)
5. Earn 50 points when you follow us on Instagram 
6. Earn 50 points when you follow us Facebook

Additional Program Rules and Regulations

Toya Rey may from time to time offer "bonus" points or promotional awards. Such offers are not a part of the program’s formal award structure and may be temporary. Toya Rey reserves the right to modify or eliminate such offers at any time. At no time may a Member sell, purchase, redeem, broker, or barter his or her points, awards for cash or other consideration. Points, awards, have no cash value and are void if sold, purchased, brokered, or bartered. In addition, such actions may result in the termination of the Member's account, regardless of whether or not the transaction is completed. Any such points or redemption of points are void if transferred for cash or other consideration. Violators may be liable for damages and litigation costs, including Toya Rey’s attorney's fees incurred in enforcing this rule.

By enrolling in the Goddess Rewards program you acknowledge that: (i) the program is not mandatory in order to make purchases on Toya Rey’s website; and (ii) appointments with Toya Rey Salon are not eligible.
